    Rescue Balm is "the Bomb"!

    I cannot say enough about Nova Scotia Fisherman Rescue Balm! It soothes burns and bug bites, heals cuts and calms my eczema. It is super easy to apply and the stick can be popped into my bag or purse for on-the-go relief. I love the natural scent too. My recent visit to Halifax was not complete until I visited the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic to pick up a new supply of Rescue Balm. Thank you Nova Scotia Fisherman for this wonderful product - my "go to" for any skin issue.

    Cracking elbows be gone!

    This balm is miraculous. The smell isn't my favourite, but honestly? Who cares! I have these scaly cracked patches on my elbows and ankles, and regular lotion has never done much for it besides soothe some of the discomfort. But this rescue balm is something else. Put it on overnight and by morning there is already a difference! It's the only thing I've ever seen clear up the patches! Can't recommend it enough.

    Perfect for almost everything

    I first bought this when it was only in the tins. I love it so much for so many things: bug bites, scrapes, burns, and originally for pet wounds as well (now there’s the pet balm). I took this to a guide camp once and almost lost it to one of the other leaders. It’s the best thing to have in your first aid kit.

    Sooths and helps heal

    I have some intermediate skin damage on both hands in several locations. I find this product to be very helpful to booth sooth the aches and pains of broken skin as well as I think speed up healing.

    Healing..

    The skin around my nails is always (used to be) dry, cracking and turning into hangnails. A little rescue balm in the winter months at night around each one (I put it on thick) and I'm good to go. My go to skin saver for aprox. 8yrs and counting. I've also used it on other dry patches of skin with great success. Also love the new-er tube style over the little metal tin- easier to apply! Thanks for an amazing product:)
