Soap Bar · Seabuckthorn & Shea

I was hoping to use this as an all-in-one soap, for hair, face, and body. Unfortunately, while it's nice on the body and face, it's a poor shampoo - it flattens my hair, making it waxy, flat, took away the volume entirely. I will continue using it as a body soap but then that would not justify the price. I like it that it's ecological and free of all harmful chemicals and that it's run by a small company. Just feel disappointed that it's not working out as an all-in-one soap as I had originally hoped.

We have been big fans of Nova Scotia Fisherman moisturizers and lip balms for several years, but had never tried this body wash bar.. Now we have, and it's absolutely excellent. Lathers beautifully, pleasant fragrance, and (a huge plus as far as we're concerned) rinses off easily and thoroughly, leaving your skin feeling truly clean. If you're tired of the body washes in the big plastic containers that leave a "slippery" feeling on your skin, no matter now long you rinse, give this product a try. It's great.

Love the big bar, love the smell, just wish it did not have palm oil.

I have been dealing with roseca for years. Have see specialist of all kind just keep giving you pills and creams which neither help much. I was introduced to this soap by a friend so I gave it a try. At first I was hesitate because everything I tried made roscea worse. The first week it left a stinging sensation so I wasn’t sure to keep using it but I did figuered might as well cause nothing else worked. Some days I wouldn’t even leave the house. After a week of using this it was like heaven. It’s cleared up totally and I keep stock of this so I have it on hand. Hard to believe this bar of soap has saved me and all the creams and pills did nothing. I am so thankful that I got introduced to this soap. So thank you from the bottom of my heart don’t ever stop making this. The hand cream is great also. I buy it from a store in Essex ontario they are the only one that’s sells this in my area.Wish more stores would carry this close to me.

Once again, this is a big chunk of soap and they are cut the perfect size. Not only does it smell very nice, (a subtle citrus) but this is the most hydrating bar of soap I have ever used. If you have problems with dry skin, worry no more. I also used it as a shampoo and I have to say that it works much better then the Fundy Clay and Mint did for that purpose. My hair feels soft without that residue feel. Must be the seabuckthorn. You won't regret trying these soap bars.
